We hire fresh candidates with a Bachelor's or a Master's Degree in Finance or Economics. Candidate's with a minimum one year experience in financial institutions and mutual funds go through extensive screening, in order to understand their match with the job opening. The process starts with an initial interview which is mostly conducted through our telephonic calls for the assessment of candidate's profile.
Preferable candidates are first called for an interview which is conducted by the HR team for further discussion over their work experience and qualifications. Once the candidate is shortlisted for another interview, he/she is to meet our decision makers for a comprehensive assessment.
Any further screening, if the need be, the candidate is called for an another interview in closure to an accurate person-job match, as our management believes in complete compatibility of the person with the job and the organization before the final decision is made.
